Do alternatives for hormone replacement therapy exist? Yes! Available alternatives for hormone replacement therapy are of two primary forms – synthetic therapy and natural hormone replacement therapy.

The synthetic hormone replacement therapy drugs are not the same as natural hormones that occur in the body. Since substances occurring naturally cannot be patented, drug companies alter the molecular structure and create new substances that are patentable and therefore protected for business purposes. Examples are Premarin, Prempro and Provera – these synthetic drugs are different in their molecular structure from the estrogens and progesterone found in the human body.

But alternatives for hormone replacement therapy using synthetic drugs may not treat your symptoms of menopause safely! And the problem with synthetic drugs is – since they are different from what occurs naturally in the human body, the body treats them differently, and the result is often harmful side effects. Synthetic hormone replacement therapy risks may exceed the benefits based on numerous clinical trials such as the Women’s Health Initiative studies!

On the other hand, natural alternatives for hormone replacement therapy use natural estrogen and/or natural progesterone hormones. Natural hormones are also referred to as bioidentical hormones. Using safer natural alternatives for hormone replacement therapy is recommended by numerous physicians since the body is able to receive, use and eliminate the natural hormones as needed. Most women may not need synthetic drugs with related side effects to regain health and eliminate symptoms of hormone imbalance.

The two primary hormones for a woman are estrogen and progesterone. Both are needed to function normally and for good health. In a healthy woman and normal menstrual cycle, estrogen is the main hormone produced for the first 10-12 days following the previous menstrual flow. With ovulation, the body begins producing progesterone that continues for the next 12 days or so. If pregnancy does not occur, estrogen and progesterone levels will drop at around day 28 and menstruation begins. However, if there is no ovulation, progesterone will not be produced by the body that cycle. This event is called an annovulatory cycle, and it is happens frequently today for women in their thirties and forties – no ovulation and no progesterone.

What this means is the woman will be deficient in progesterone with an excess of estrogen, which will likely result in symptoms of hormone imbalance. Progesterone balances or opposes many actions of estrogen. Without suitable progesterone in the body, symptoms of hormone imbalance will likely be experienced. The symptoms of hormone imbalance can be signs that your body isn’t getting the support it needs.

If the woman has had a hysterectomy, surgical menopause means the body produces little or no progesterone, creating hormone imbalance. And in postmenopausal women, the production of progesterone ceases as ovulation no longer happens. However, estrogen production will still be 40 to 60 percent of what it once was even after menopause.

How does a woman know more about appropriate natural alternatives for hormone replacement therapy? One way is to work with a naturopathic doctor who is schooled and trained in both conventional medicine and natural alternative medicine. If you are currently on synthetic HRT and want to change to natural HRT, you should consult with doctors experienced in the use of natural hormone replacement therapy. Naturopathic physicians are medical doctors that work to restore and support the body’s systems by using medicines and techniques that are in harmony with natural body processes. A naturopathic physician will prefer treatments which keep harmful side effects risks at a minimum.

Another way is to take the online hormone health test provided by a leading women’s health clinic. The online test takes just a few minutes and is free. Find out more about your health, symptoms, what the symptoms may be telling you and what to do about it based on your answers to important questions. And read more about hormone imbalance and physician-recommended natural alternatives for hormone replacement therapy.

Sometimes this can bring on severe depression along with weight gain. For many of us it is only a re-adjusting time that makes us feel a little blue.

What causes these blue feelings? Due to the lessening of sunlight hours received our brain chemicals can become imbalanced causing us to feel more tired, moody and more apt to eat more. It is often referred to as “The Winter Blues”.

Personally, it tends to hit me when we turn the clocks back in October and continues until the spring comes.

Even animals are affected by this seasonal change. The Hibernation instinct is very strong.

What can we do to help lift our spirits? THINK ORANGE!!!!

Yes, Aromatherapy can help you out with its sweet citrus Essential Oils. All of the citrus oils will help but I find Orange a great pick me up?following close behind is Grapefruit

How can we incorporate this into our daily lives? We can easily diffuse orange essential oil in a diffuser on our desk or work area. We can also add Orange Essential Oil to our dishwashing liquid and cleaners. It is great for cleaning up.

Be careful not to use cold pressed citrus oils on the skin as it may cause photosensitivity. Even though there is not as much sunlight in the winter there are still some UV rays shining so the best bet is to keep citrus oils off of your skin.

By the way, adding a few drops of cinnamon to the orange in the diffuser makes a lovely warm, wintery scent!

What is the basic routine to enlarge your penis?

Posted by: admin  :  Category: Pain/Diseases

The basic routine of penis enlargement is to:
heating, stretching and basic exercise.

Heating:
Always start by heating the penile tissue. The easiest way to do this is to get into a hot shower and allow water to spray directly on the genitals for several minutes. Alternatively, if you are not doing the exercises in the shower, you can use a warm coat to warm.

To make the warm wrap, fill the sink basin extremely hot water. Take a clean washcloth and soak in hot water. Remove the washcloth from the water, and get him out of the excess. Then wrap the hot washcloth completely around the deck of the penis from the base all the way to the tip of the glands. Allow this to sit until it becomes cool, and then repeat 2-3 times.

Stretching:
After the warm wrap has warmed completely penile tissue (the penis should feel heavy from increased circulation), begin to stretch and massage the penis with your hand. This can be done in or out of the shower, depending on whichever is most convenient for you.

Begin by grasping the penis just below the glands (head or tip). Gently pull the penis to the right, try to relax completely; you should feel a slight stretch in the ligaments directly below the base of the penis. Hold this stretch for 10-30 seconds and then relax. Then grab the penis freely at the base and shake that allows forward and backward to recover the good circulation. Finally, repeat the stretch above the left, up, down, straight out of the body.

Many users typically begin while waiting for water to heat. In addition, you can make some Jelqs of hand at the beginning to get the penis engorged and ready for a good workout. The Jelqs of the hand grip are made form the “OK” with his hand. Start at the base of the penis, tighten the grip, and pull out towards the glands (head or tip) of the penis. For obvious reasons, this also refers to as “milking” the penis.

Basic Exercise:
Before you can begin you must reach a semi-erection. One of the quickest ways to do this is to work the penis enlargement to full erection and then allowing the erection to subside. If you retrieve an erection during training, stop and allow the erection to subside before starting again.

Start carrying out the device with one hand on the two handles (palm facing the body) and the other clutching the foam roller.

Next, open the faucet and allow the rollers to slip over the penis. Push the device all the way to the pubic bone and then push a little farther as you gently squeeze the handles. This will bring the body of the penis slightly and begin to force blood into the penis. When done correctly, the first grip because the penis to “jump” up slightly like a balloon being filled with air.

At this point, the grip down firmly and begins to pull out and away from the body over to the penile shaft and glands. It is helpful, at first, keep one hand on the rollers while doing this, to stabilize the device as you complete each repetition. After several sessions, you will not have to do this, but it is helpful at first.

Each repetition should take about 4 seconds. At the start, count the seconds for each agent, after a while you will achieve a slow and steady pace your grip should be tight enough that the rollers are locked up, and turns only very slightly as you pull the glands. Once you reach the glands should be so engorged that there is no way you could remove the device without the loosening of his grip. To focus the exercises on the glands, you can hold it for 3 additional seconds each representative.

If you are exercising in the shower, you can allow water in the shower spray directly on the device and your penis while you do these exercises. The water will provide additional lubrication and heat will continue the good circulation.

After you have finished outside the movement to loosen the grip on the handles. The rollers are then freely slide into the base of the penis, and you are ready to begin another repetition.

Repeat the above process for 100, or so, the repetitions. Then stop, massaging the penis and do some manual jelq and stretch while the hot water runs directly into the penis. If you are doing the exercises out of the shower, you might want to do a warm coat between systems. At this point you should hang very large.

Note: You should start by only 100 repetitions or so, per session. After a few sessions you want to increase the reps and intensity of training. Many users now do 200-250 repetitions every other day. Even those who have achieved their goals continue to use the device; workouts continue to help achieve stronger erections and massive hanging generally better during the day.

I asked one of his devices, and started using it immediately. Absolutely loved using the PJ in the shower and at night in my room … has contributed to my gains. Now I measure about eight inches in length and my girth has increased nearly 6.5 inches.

A lot of people (including doctors) are skeptical about the penis enlargement. I was skeptical too, but now I’m living proof that it actually works.
